Wedding packages

If you would like to book me as your wedding photographer, you are welcome to get in touch via the contact form below. To secure your date, a photography agreement will be signed, and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package price is required.

One month before your wedding day, you will receive a questionnaire regarding your wishes, timeline, and wedding details, along with an invoice for the remaining balance. The final payment must be completed no later than one week before the wedding day.

It is possible to arrange a short, no-obligation online meeting before deciding whether to book me as your wedding photographer. This gives you the opportunity to see if we are the right match and to ask any questions you may have.

In addition, I also offer an online meeting a few days before your wedding day, where we can go through the final details together and clarify any last questions before your big day.

All wedding packages include VAT but exclude travel expenses. For weddings located outside Nordfyn Municipality, a travel fee of DKK 4 per driven kilometer will be added, as well as any bridge or ferry tolls if applicable. I photograph weddings throughout the entire country, so no matter where your special day takes place, I would be honored to help preserve your memories.

The listed prices apply to weddings taking place in 2026. If you are planning a wedding in 2027, please note that price adjustments may occur. You are always welcome to contact me for further information regarding pricing and availability for 2027.

In addition, you have the option to purchase beautiful high-quality photo albums and fine art prints, giving your images an exclusive and tangible finish. You can read more about these options further down the page.

Before your wedding day, you have the option to book an engagement or couple photoshoot with me.

As a special benefit for my wedding couples, the session includes:

* Up to 45 minutes of photography
* 4 professionally edited digital images of your choice
* Outdoor location of your choice

Price: DKK 1,450 + possible travel fee

Please note that if you book the All-In Wedding Package, an engagement or couple photoshoot on Funen is included at no additional cost. If the session takes place elsewhere, a travel fee will apply.

In addition to photography, I also offer wedding content creation services. This means I capture behind-the-scenes moments from your wedding day using my iPhone 15 Pro Max. The clips are delivered unedited, authentic, and ready to share on social media — perfect for Reels, TikTok, and Stories.

Wedding content creation is a relaxed and informal addition to traditional photography, giving you short and genuine glimpses of your day through a more personal and natural perspective. While a videographer typically delivers a polished cinematic film, a wedding content creator focuses on real-time moments and authentic memories, usually delivered within a week after the wedding.

I am not a videographer, but I do offer short and professionally crafted highlight videos from your wedding day. Together, we will decide which moments are best captured on video and which are better suited for photography.

If you are not looking for a traditional wedding film, but instead want authentic behind-the-scenes clips, I can also act as your wedding content creator. While photographing your day, I will simultaneously capture natural video moments, allowing you to receive both photos and video from the same memories — without compromising quality or presence.

If you are dreaming of a more traditional highlight film or a longer cinematic wedding video, I would recommend booking a professional videographer. I am always happy to collaborate with other suppliers and can also recommend talented videographers if you are looking for a complete video solution.

The photographer carefully selects and professionally edits the best images from your wedding day in the style showcased on the website, creating a beautiful mix of both color and black-and-white photographs. The photographer is not obligated to deliver every image captured during the day, and the final selection of delivered images is solely at the photographer’s discretion. RAW files are not included and will be permanently deleted after the final gallery has been delivered.

Within 6 weeks after the wedding, the couple will receive an email containing a link to their personal online gallery, which can easily be shared with friends and family. The gallery will remain available for one year and includes unlimited downloads in both high resolution and web size formats. Couples are strongly encouraged to download and back up all images during this period to ensure they have a secure copy of their memories.

After the one-year period, it is possible to extend the online gallery access for an additional fee, allowing the memories to continue being stored and shared digitally.

The content of each wedding package can be tailored to match your wishes and needs — however, the number of hours included in each package is fixed. If you decide during the planning process that you would like a larger package, it is always possible to upgrade after booking.

Additional hours can also be added if needed. Each extra hour is priced at DKK 1,500 and includes 50 additional edited digital images. This ensures that all the special moments of your day are captured and delivered in the same high quality you can expect from me as your photographer.

Your wedding day is unique, and my goal is to create images that truly reflect your story. That’s why the package content can be customized to suit you — while still maintaining the agreed timeframe and a cohesive visual experience.

The photographer retains the copyright to all final delivered material, including all images. By booking, the couple grants consent on behalf of themselves and their wedding guests for the photographer to use the material for marketing purposes, including social media, website content, and portfolio display.

These rights can be adjusted upon request. If you prefer that your images are not used for marketing, social media, website, or portfolio purposes, this can be arranged for an additional fee. In such cases, a surcharge of DKK 5,000 will be added to the selected wedding package.

If the photographer’s coverage exceeds 5 hours on your wedding day, food and beverages must be provided for the photographer.

I recommend informing the venue staff or catering team in advance to ensure that a meal is also prepared for the photographer.

Yes, I offer drone photography using my DJI Mavic 2 Pro, allowing you to receive unique and atmospheric images from your wedding day — captured from a truly special perspective.

Are there any limitations?

Yes, drone photography depends on weather conditions, local flight restrictions, and current aviation regulations. For this reason, it is important to determine in advance whether drone flights are permitted at your chosen location.

At first glance, it may seem as though a wedding photographer’s work only consists of the hours spent photographing on the wedding day itself. In reality, there is a great deal of work behind the scenes that is often not immediately visible.

Preparation

Before the wedding day, the photographer spends considerable time preparing. This may include meetings with the couple to discuss wishes, expectations, and timelines, possible visits to the venue to identify the best photo locations, as well as preparing and testing equipment. In addition, contracts, invoices, and questionnaires are created, while the logistics for the day — including transportation and scheduling — are carefully planned.

The Wedding Day

On the wedding day itself, the photographer is often present for many hours in order to document every important moment — from the preparations to the celebration. This requires constant focus, creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail to ensure that your day is captured in the best possible way.

Post-Processing

After the wedding, a significant amount of work begins behind the computer. A professional photographer spends many hours selecting, organizing, and carefully editing the images to ensure the final gallery meets the highest quality standards. In many cases, this process takes just as much time — or even more — than the photography itself.

Business Expenses

Delivering a high-quality product also requires substantial investment in professional camera equipment, lenses, lighting, computers, storage solutions, and editing software, as well as ongoing maintenance and upgrades. In addition, there are costs related to administration, marketing, insurance, taxes, VAT, pension contributions, and transportation expenses.

When you book a wedding photographer, you are therefore not only paying for the hours spent at your wedding. You are investing in experience, preparation, artistic expertise, professional editing, and the ability to run a reliable and professional business.
